Body and conscience in expressive movement

Our body is in permanent movement and movement is what makes us feel alive.

When we add to expressive movement the work with our awareness, a new world opens to us: our inner world.  All our memories of lived experiences, our yearnings and frustrations, our love and our pain, all are manifested in our body. And in the very depths of ourselves is our real Being with its whole potential, that Being who wants to sparkle, who wants to express him/herself. The Being who we really are.

When we move following a certain music, we start a dialogue with ourselves, which takes us always to a bigger awareness of ourselves, of where we are and, especially, allows us to see where we can get to in this process of widening our existential limits. We make us conscious of our blocks, of our muscular and emotional armorings and we start to liberate, to clean, to relieve tensions and to explore new states of Being.

The encounter with the group turns into a safe place, a place where we can get loose and gain confidence, a place where we are taken in with respect and love.
